Yoga Sunday

Peace lies here
Where my thoughts
Are clear
And my breath
And my blood
Gracefully flow
In irrelevant time 
Where I don't have to dwell
On yesterday or rely
On tomorrow
All I need to know is now.
My peace is in today.
